Belinda is a human rights and social change specialist with over 15 years of experience building and winning human rights campaigns.
She has worked across a variety of human rights issues, including Indigenous youth justice, LGBTQI rights, death penalty, people seeking asylum, climate justice, freedom of association and assembly and workers' rights while at Amnesty International, and the Community and Public Sector Union.
Belinda currently works at Grata Fund as the Director of Campaigns and Communication, leading campaign workin the areas of human rights, climate justice and democracy. Belinda works with affected communities, civil society and legal teams to use levers outside the court to create circuit-breaking social change. Notably, since her time at Grata, she has worked alongside Uncle Pabai Pabai and Uncle Paul Kabai on building a multifaceted international campaign around the historic Australian Climate Case.
Belinda holds a BA in Communications from UTS and a Master's of Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Sydney and was elected to the Executive Committee of the Evatt Foundation in 2025.
